If an album name has non-standard characters they are sometimes encoded as HTML entities are returned as such by the indexer API.

red_oxide didn't take this into account and would not decode them leading to undesirable folder names.
caesura solves this by decoding HTML entities prior when naming folders.

A PR was also drafted to solve this for red_oxide : DevYukine#29
