rocketchat API not connect really user

Description:

User not really connected by API Login

Steps to reproduce:

Use API:

1. connect user
2. set active status

Expected behavior:

User must be connected. And the number online user increment

Actual behavior:

The number of online user aren't different.
When I get all presence user ( http://my_addr_rocketchat/api/v1/users.presence ), I have list off all user but when I watch it in admin into interface online user not corresponds ( 2 in this case but I connect 10 other via API).

How can I connect al users.

Number of Running Instances: 2
NodeJS Version: v12.18.4
MongoDB Version: 4.0.21
