Create workbench repo for project.

This will add more separation for each part. This will involve creating multiple new repos in this organisation.

• Workbench - Will glue together all the repos and contain the Docker files for all sections. Also better integration with the frontend.
• Migrations - Will include all of the database schema changes alongside the Gomigrate setup as a Docker service.
• Nginx - Will contain the Nginx templates alongside a custom Nginx image with templating support.
