bug(YouTube - Hide Shorts components): Hide sound button layout issue

Bug description

Normally if you hide a button in shorts components, the buttons above it will shift downwards. But when hiding the sound button, this doesn't happen and as a result an empty space that looks off remains on the bottom right corner (where the sound button normally appears).
