Hello, when I start the app on Windows and click on the "Beta Store" tab, I get an error message:

Thanks for reporting it. It happens when there aren't any games in your wishlist. I fixed the issue here loathingKernel@c85e646, it will have to wait for the next pre-release though.

If you want to work around the issue for now, add a game in your wishlist using Epic's website.
