On page "Publishing eBooks with AsciiDoc"
http://www.methods.co.nz/asciidoc/publishing-ebooks-with-asciidoc.html
last link (to "AsciiDoc web site") is broken:
it renders as href="http:///www.methods.co.nz/asciidoc/" (note ///)
and (at least in Opera) work as http://0.0.0.0/www.methods.co.nz/asciidoc/
