Make a unified explanation here:

R8169 is not just a driver for R8169, it will be compatible with all Realtek's network cards.
So in the  ARPL, the network card of realtek will generally display as r8169, and it is only responsible for booting, which is not a major issue and will not affect the DSM system.

Adding realtek.ko in 23.6.3 also indirectly improves the compatibility of r8169, but this may lead to issues with r8168/r8125.

Warning:

Starting from 23.5.9, cmdline will not set a mac to dsm without a custom mac. 
This is to solve the problem of some network cards (as vmxnet3, r8125) not being able to dhcp, 
but this has led to the unavailability of account related functions.
