It would be good to have an MA plot tool in Galaxy (or rather MA plot matrix), which would:

expect a tabular data, where rows are features, columns are samples,
a scatterplot matrix showing all features intensities for all the sample-sample combinations would be plotted,
on y axis there is the difference (x - y) of intensities
on x axis there is the average ((x+y)/2) of intensities.

This plot is very useful when e.g. comparing which normalization approach is most suitable for the data.
