Configurability of the file browser UI for jupyter-drives #41

I am noticing that the file browser UI is configured differently that the default drive's file browser. A couple of questions:

Do we want the two file browsers to share the same config so the user has a single, consistent experience?
When I looked at the settings for the jupyter drive in the advanced settings editor, I found that there was a much more limited set of options compared to the default one.
