Merges pycodestyle21 -> master

This attribute is introduced in pycodestyle 2.1.0

Closes #246

Added this patch to Debian package: https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/python-modules/packages/python-flake8.git/commit/?id=8280129e7b083f590df8ef8c11cb75739b8553a4 which was broken by pycodestyle upgrade too.
