From the NSG OP policies (1.6.1, June 2023), single elimination cuts are allowed in casual level events (e.g. Circuit Openers). However, when running an event which met the criteria for a single sided elimination cut (CO with 14 players), there was no way that I could find that would allow me to do this.
Relevant passages from the OP guide:
1.1.9 to 1.1.13 Pages 4-5 (Describing Elimination matches)
Appendix II Page 24 (Tournament Round Recommendations for Casual Double Sided Swiss events (players <16))
Although the cut is technically optional, it would be nice to cover this possibility in case a CO ends up with between 12-15 players and a cut is desired by the TO.
