CTD when Launching Game

Description

Tried to start over again, and the game crashed when attempting to load after the into sequence. I did skip the intro this time.

Worked fine the first time, this time the game crashed.

Steps to reproduce

Start game, exit to the main menu then attempt to start another game. Did not occur again when I attempted to recreate this issue.
