Add an option to execute JavaScript files from the CLI #9

No description provided.

If initializing the host defined realm fails that means we cannot do any
execution and the user has to try again.

So we can not execute the REPL if this happens.
We now parse the command line arguments passed to CLI.

If a user passes no script argument, we run our JS REPL.

If a user passes a file path to a JavaScript file, we will execute
JavaScript file.
