Required answer on a survey

It's possible to submit a blank survey response; we could either drop those or make a selection or text entry required as an option. The value of a blank survey response is not high especially on single question surveys

hey @darkopia can you link to an example survey that allows submitting with empty response? I tried all question types but didn't find one, maybe it's a configuration that I'm missing
