From a user:

We find ourselves wanting to reuse the same set of rules for a number of feature flags, currently seems to require a lot of repetition on copy pasting (eg. we have regex rules, cohorts etc).

Duplicate the feature flag within the same project.

I think copying should be good enough in this case? Rule sharing seems to create more complications imo around keeping flags in sync & leading to unexpected issues like a change in one affecting the other.
