Allow a survey to pop up repeatedly

From a user:

I'd like to show a bug & feedback widget on every page, so that users can constantly give feedback. Currently the form disappears after submitting, even though I have "wait period" left empty (the minimum value I could enter is 1 day, which is not what I want).

Add the ability to show the survey repeatedly and without delays.

We just released a new feature that should give you what you want:

Now, for Widget-type Surveys (i.e. the Feedback Button), you can enable it to show all the time (while still respecting other display conditions like URL matching, feature flags, etc).
