I encountered an issue with the NPS feedback feature. Currently, the feedback categories are displayed with a color scheme not aligned with NPS groups:
Current implementation:
Detractors (Red): 0-6
Passives (Green): 7-8
Promoters (Green): 9-10
I suggest picking a color scheme aligning with industry-standard NPS scoring methodology or forgoing a grouped color scheme:
Alternative implementation:
Detractors (Red): 0-6
Passives (Gray): 7-8
Promoters (Green): 9-10
Implementing this change will improve and ensure NPS feedback is gathered using industry-standard methodologies.
