background-color: transparent doesn't work #32

Android 4.4.2 (Samsung S4) and Android 5.1.1 (Nexus 5).
On both devices background color of view is becoming black.

Can you try #00FFFFFF ?
The left HEX represents the alpha, and this will set it to a full-transparency.
