Or have a splash screen where there are buttons that have each teams logo that you push. Then it takes you to the current setup for login/out with the selected roster with a go back button. After they login it returns back to the splash screen for the next person.

Ok, after some thought, how about do a hybrid where the initial screen is "select your competition" with the options being Fll and Frc. Then after they select one of the two, there are tabs for each subteam for frc while fll has either two in the tabs.

Then have a 2-5 minute time out that resets after every action before it returns to the "home" screen.
