Our breeding program tracks crosses according to which individual plants were used from each variety. So each plant of a variety can be labelled with the same variety name, but we use the database ID to track which specific plants were used for each cross. This makes it difficult to use wishlists, as our target crosses are only between specific lines, not individual plants, and any suitable plant within each line could be used to make the target cross. Perhaps wishlists could have an option to track by a variety ID, or ability to group multiple entries together for the target cross (similar to creating a male pollen group in the parents section).
