Describe the bug
Specific tiles in spring_OutdoorTileSheet:
ID 655/684/682/680 become relatively off-centered

To Reproduce
Exact steps which reproduce the bug, if possible. For example:

Load save
Debug warp Artificial for ease of access
Debug world_setseason winter
Error occurs.
