[Bug] Disable Plugins caching yes causes error #16

When sitting Site Configuration, Disable plugins caching: Yes causes the plugin to through an error when the tab page is selected on a resource.

This error prevents any interaction with SimpleFiles (the same occurs with SimpleGallery)
