the source code is meant to be compiled on our build platform to produce the deb packages. it was never meant to be manually downloaded and installed by someone. by the way if you open the makefile you can identify the make unit to use. sudo make install should install the package for you |
just clone the repo in your home directory, open the theme folder, copy the theme folder you want to apply. Now, go back to your home directory. Toggle hidden file view. See if there's a folder names ".themes" (without quotes) in there or not. If it's there, paste the theme folder you copied earlier in this folder. And change the theme from your "Appearance" settings of your Desktop environment. |
hello, the project was never meant to be used separately by end users, but it is made for internal use for Parrot OS as the debian source package for our themes deb file. |
Copying the folders from parrot-themes/themes to ~/.themes worked perfectly (I run Mate in Ubuntu 20.04), thanks for the "inscrutions" prophet6250. However i need to install "ara" icon theme separately, it says. Would be nice to know it it can also be downloaded. |
