I confirm this issue is not an exploit. (Required)
BYOND Version
515.1647
Issue Description
If you're floored from either the *collapse emote, or from having no legs, and climb into a wheelchair, your sprite will lag behind it when it moves, even after you "stand up" atop the chair.
Getting out, standing up, and getting back into the chair lowers the effect, but your sprite will still be desynced a bit.
What did you expect to happen?
Normal wheelchair operation
What happened instead?
Floaty ghosty vulp oooh
Why is this bad/What are the consequences?
No response
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Pick a character without legs. Get out, wait for yourself to slam to the ground. Climb into a chair and move around.
Spawn a normal character and *collapse and do the same thing to find it's just anyone who's horizontal.
When did the problem start happening?
I'm pretty sure it's recent, as this doesn't happen on my old master from before I started work on #27999.
