I've just noticed after digging a bit – gnome-sound-recorder icon appears to no longer be used – it has been replaced with org.gnome.SoundRecorder 5 years ago: commit | commit.

It hasn't been updated in years here, but still exists.
Here it is:

OK, but please do not create a new issue for each app. Instead, edit my issue here #3582 or add a new comment.

deepin-voice-note.svg is a symlink to gnome-sound-recorder icon, so just rename gnome-sound-recorder.svg to deepin-voice-note.svg to fix this issue.

@SmartFinn I wasn't sure because it's not at all dead software, just a redundant icon. Maybe a separate issue for cases like this? :)

Of course, I can't argue with it.
