  • App name (version): if the issue is related to an application

The part in the center of the icon that represents the turning knob thing of the safe (the part with the 3 spokes) looks kinda off in the current version; the two spokes at the bottom are closer together that they are to the one at the top. I think it would look better if each spoke was equidistant.
