Indicator-messages-new should have blue dot instead of red

I think the icon for indicator-messages-new (which is currently symlinked to new-messages-red, should have a blue dot instead of a red dot. All the other notification items (for example all the instant messenger apps have blue dots showing that there are new messages).

The icon is used for example in unity-mail and doesn't fit when using it alongside icons that have attention icons
