Code repository for the paper "The Diversity of the Microbiome Impacts Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia Development in Mice and Humans" by Faitova & Coelho et al., 2023.
- Download the files in the repository (copy all in one directory).
- Run the Mouse data.R in RStudio (make sure you have installed the required R packages: see sessionInfo).
- Follow the descriptions of what individual code chunks.
