Broken demo: ENSO

Demo 5 needs sample input files under demo_data/obs4MIPs_PCMDI_monthly directory, as seen in cell [10] results of the demo. However, the current enso_data_files.txt does not include files under obs4MIPs_PCMDI_monthly directory. I am not sure if that was the intention of having pmp_enso_tutorial_files.v20210823.txt file which but does not accessible at the moment.

In the PCMDI web server in /var/www/cmec-plots/pmpdata directory there were data lost for pmp_enso_tutorial_files.v20210823.txt and obs4MIPs_PCMDI_* directories, which now recovered.

With above, change in #796, in particular this should be reverted.

No need to revert the change. pmp_enso_tutorial_files.txt is symbolic linked to pmp_enso_tutorial_files.v20210823.txt in the web server.
