When moving to Ubuntu 15.04 there are two add notifications for a network and then one erase notification.
The route table will then be erased and the next hop route is not found.
I made a hack but then figured out that one should investigate if Netlink code really sends two identic notifications as seen from the log trace.

The issue isn't reproducible neither on Ubuntu 16.04.
It can be reproduced on Linux 3.19.0-51-generic #57-Ubuntu SMP Fri Feb 19 14:05:05 UTC 2016 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
