How can we implement crowdfunding functionality?

Hi @abrichr , Here is how I think we can implement crowdfunding :

1. Create web page
   It provides a detailed explanation of how the funding will be utilized, the goals of the project, and a roadmap outlining the planned activities and milestones.

2. Introduce new feature to marketplace web app Implement marketplace #91 that allow users to contribute to the crowdfunding campaign. For example, integrating payment processing functionality with the liberapay crowdfunding platform.

3. Provide a range of contribution options.
   Display various ways individuals can contribute to OpenAdapt on the webs app and README, with monetary donations being just one of the possibilities.

4. Spread the word.
   To inspire action, we can promote OpenAdapt through multiple channels (create twitter, tiktok, instagram account) ensuring that people receive exposure to the information through various sources.

A good start for this issue is to set up the GitHub sponsor button https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/managing-your-repositorys-settings-and-features/customizing-your-repository/displaying-a-sponsor-button-in-your-repository. Here are a list of proposed TODOs to resolve this issue :

• Custom URLs
  In addition to the above platforms, we can also include custom URLs in the FUNDING.yml file to direct potential sponsors to specific funding channels. (Ko-fi, Liberapay, or PayPal)

• Promote and communicate
  We can regularly monitor the progress of our sponsorship campaigns through the GitHub Sponsor dashboard. I have created a Google Docs link that contains a plan to promote OpenAdapt: Google Docs Link. I drew inspiration from the TikTok account Loftia.gg, where they promote their product before launching it.

While trying to create the github sponsor account, I came across this tutorial (https://docs.github.com/en/sponsors/receiving-sponsorships-through-github-sponsors/setting-up-github-sponsors-for-your-organization) which suggests @abrichr as the organization owner should set up the git hub sponsor account. But I'll be happy to help setting up the account. Let me know what you think!
