We need some way to pin to a previous version in the event of a prolonged main-broken bug (like at time of writing).

Ideally it should be easy to turn on and off (similar to the main-broken Issue tag).

Implementation options:

create new label, e.g. (pin=v0.33.2)
create new issue
others?
