Setting Quality and Root settings not working on requests. #2238
Comments
I have also confirmed testing it with all possible root folder / quality combinations. Same results. |
Log has been added to post, this is all that was available. |
Thanks, please give us some time to investigate this. |
I've noticed this as well. Power User can't set root folder but admin can. Not sure if this is the same problem though. |
That's interesting because I couldn't reproduce this when I tried as an admin. |
@tidusjar I think theres a permissions issue between admin and power user. Power users should be able to set RF and QP IMHO. but seem to be unable to. of course admin has permissions for this. could this be a correlation with the issue with adding shows to sonarr? |
Is this still an issue? |

Similar to what this user experienced here:
#1674
When a TV Show is requested, i will select root folder and quality, select view, and select approve.
After page is refreshed all those settings dissapear and the requested show is downloaded via the default root and quality instead of the specified settings before approval.
Reproduction Steps:
Go to requests page
Pick a tv show request
Set root folder to any root folder that is not default
Set quality to any quality that is not default
Select view
Select Approve
REFRESH PAGE
Settings specified for that request are not saved, when checking Sonarr for the request, the request is going to default Root and default Quality.
