Suitability baseren op:

33% vd suitability: AHN (potentiaal daarop, want we willen geclusterde gebieden)
33% vd suitability: inverse van de urban attractivity index
33% potentiaal rond bestaande meren (exclusief ijsselmeer, markermeer etc.)

Reeds benut: zelfde als bijv ggvee plus buffer van 100 meter rond wonen en werken
Claims (zowel min als max): zie in eerste het areaal vab de huidige exogene waterretentiegebieden
Nieuwe indicator op basis hiervan: waterretentie volume (oppervlakte x diepte)
