Feature 1 - Remarks against each item in an Order/RFQ

There is currently an option to set packaging requirements as part of RFQ creation.
Can the same be used for general remarks against each item before purchasing the items?
If not, we should be able to set remarks/comments against each line item.

Feature 2 - Revenue-based discount similar to slab for qty-based discount

There is a need to set discounts against orders based on how much order value the buyer is willing to purchase.
For example, if the amount of the item x qty is INR 5000 then a 3% discount is to be offered, if the amount of the item x qty is INR 10000 then a 5% discount is to be offered etc. This information is expected to be displayed to the buyers before deciding whether he/she is willing to make the purchase or not i.e. during the on_search result.

Feature 3 - Possibility of setting validity/expiry for the discounts being offered

Many times the discounts offered are for a limited period. There is a need to show the discounts being offered up to a period of say end of the month, a particular end date. At present, there is no specific option in the protocol API to set the expiry/validity of the discount/offer which the buyer can see beforehand during the search/select stages.
