There seems to be an issue with the fake data generation function. This causes "Convert to CDM" calls to fail, as shown in #14.

When user generates a table of fake data, they should be allowed to visualize the table. This is not only useful for regular use, but can also help with debugging future issues.

Waiting on @TheCedarPrince for .etl file. In the mean time, general requirements to meet are: on the successful data generation page, have an option to view table. Clicking the view button should bring up the table, either in a separate tab or as a text window within Perseus.
