https://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/csv-edit-resurrector relies on https://nodeclipse.github.io/updates/csvedit/ to install.
but marketplace ends with the error "The following solutions are not available: CSV Edit Resurrector 1.2.0"

My bad.

After Bintray shutdown around May 2021, I still could find time to put big announce on https://nodeclipse.github.io/ about status.

I am not going to spend time on Eclipse plugins, as I am not using Eclipse IDE (as primary) for couple years.
Nodeclipse was initially about Node.js development and extended to include other dev tools.

Overtime the list of plugins on Eclipse marketplace
https://marketplace.eclipse.org/user/pverest/listings got long,
from just the first one by Tomoyuki Inagaki https://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/nodeclipsegithubio

Several plugin were forked or just built and deployed to Bintray, and added into composite repository under https://nodeclipse.github.io/updates/

While repository definition is still there, the binaries were gone with Bintray shutdown.

Somebody has to build and publish, as it is all open source.
Ask when in doubt.
For example CsvEdit latest code is at https://github.com/Mathieuu/CsvEdit
