Cannot see build dependencies: 500 internal server error

Describe the bug
Cannot see the build dependencies of any build package.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open any jobset
2. Open any job
3. Open any package built by the job
4. Open the build page of the package
5. Try to open up the Build dependencies page of the built package
6. Be greeted by a 500 internal server error

Expected behavior
See the build dependencies just like on https://hydra.nixos.org

Opening the failing JavaScript request directly in the browser (e.g. https://hydra.nixos.org/build/290726567/build-deps) reveals the following error (reformatted for readability):

I could track down the not an absolute path error to an invalid Perl binding function in Nix and will create a PR shortly.
