When xDrip detects that oop2 is installed it asks user to enable it as external calibration app.

User knows that data will be processed by oop2 so he will enable it.
This turns on Out of process libre algorithm. setting and it will not work.

xDrip needs Out of process libre algorithm. to be disabled to use oop2 and best would be to ignore this setting if Libre Bluetooth is selected as source.

This auto-detection feature is very nice with OOP1. As you said @k2s for OOP2 it's a killer.
