Exporting data to excel, libre calc, csv or similar

I need to collect 3 months of reports for a med service, so optimally was if I could export the readings and dosage annotations somehow, maybe as csv or in some other processable format, preferably without going through the cloud. Is it possible to export the data onto the phone so I can extract with adb, ftp etc?
