Google Cloud: Free tier Constraints "status page"

On Navid's Google Cloud cost help page we find this:

Free tier Constraints
Follow the installation guide to ensure you meet the free tier requirements. On the status page, any violations of these requirements will be highlighted in red above the horizontal line.

Stupid question: Where/what exactly is the "status page" mentioned here? On my Google Cloud Cost Mgmt pages or the Overview under Billing/Reports I cannot find any status page. Thanks for helping out.

Background: I have been charged unexpectedly in January (suddenly starting on Jan 17th) - no changes on my NS instance, I'm completely lost what is going on. Troubleshooting...

Everyone has been charged because of a scanner in Brazil.
We are looking at options for using a firewall to deal with it. It will require the user to set it up.
This is a working page that is being updated now: https://navid200.github.io/xDrip/docs/Nightscout/GCNS/GC_Firewall.html
It will have any instructions that hopefully we will have to address this.

Thank you @Navid200 ! In parallel I just followed your Cost Table instructions and I confirm --> It was South America network traffic !! I would be interested in more background information, is there a thread to dive a bit deeper? Many thanks for helping with the Firewall configuration, I will check out your instructions asap. Again, if there's a public discussion around all of this, a link would be appreciated.

At least, in the last 3 days this traffic seems to have ceased, but "who knows what comes next" ...
