UI tweaks for pre-SDV release

These are in priority order:

• big spinners inside actions column when downloading mods in collections
• menuitem icon vertical alignment
• Remove all other games from 'supported games' (@Sewer56 working on it now)
• Move 'give feedback' button from top bar to bottom banner
• Update topbar menu items. Change help menu > Give feedback to 'Show welcome message'. Change help menu > View App logs to 'View app logs'. Add menu items for Discord, GitHub, Forums (match the welcome message).
• Update alpha modal. See Change text on give feeback banner #2644
• Add a tooltip to the removing a game button on my games page: "Removes the game and all mods installed by the app"
• Change mod file icon to outlined version and tweak alignment
• Remove or fix disabled copy button on health checks?
• Left hand menu separators seem too bright
• On the lefthand menu item, active state should only change foreground to strong
• Left align buttons in all toolbars
• Tab titles are currently semi bold, they need to be just normal
• Change “Remove” in the installed collections view toolbar to “Uninstall” and update the ToolTip
• Update ToolTip on LibraryView 'Install' button
