create a system to tag each connection (mainly synaptic connections) according to their recpetor types eg. Glutamate AMPA receptors, Glutamate NMDA receptors, GABA-A, GABA-B etc. These connections should have a specific parameter tagged (mainly maximal conductance gsyn) that can all be manipulated for a given receptor type, correspondint to a given drug intervention condition
