Couldn't install hdhp

Dear Charalampos,
Thank you for a great paper and package.
I tried to install the hdhp package.
I used the command "pip install hdhp", but I got the following error. My version python is Python 3.6.5, I tried to use pip3 install hdhp. But it still doesn't work.
Might you help me what should I do to install the package, please?
