[FEA] Can we set spark.shuffle.manager automatically

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In an effort to reduce the number and complexity of configs that users have to set we should take a look at the spark.shuffle.manager config and see if there is any way that we can set it automatically from the SQL plugin. If that is not really possible we should look again to see if we can have a single class name of the shuffle manager plugin instead of version specific names.
