Addition of stochastic physics restarts in netCDF format that will be written at the restart interval, and at end of run. Addition of stochastic cloud perturbation and microphysics perturbations for SPPT. Clean up of stochastic physics code. Description
This PR adds NSSL Physics to the FV3 LAM. We used this version during the 2021 HWT Spring Experiment. This PR is only meant to capture code that was used in the experiment branch. PRs from code contributors are already underway, or expected in the future, such that this capability may be added to the necessary authoritative repos.
Testing
Builds/runs on Hera and AWS for the 2021 HWT Spring Experiment configuration. Tests still pending on answer changes from a version of the code on disk that was run for HWT.
