Could you update mpassit to make it compile on orion? Thanks!

(for now, copying the hercules modules file to replace the orion one in mpassit may do the trick)

@guoqing-noaa I am working on it. I can get it to compile, but not to run.

Can you try to test it in rrfs-workflow which has been ported to orion/hercules recently?
