Take care of some small cleanup tasks:

  • Update viewer based on suggests by Rahul in PR Issue #41 - Update PRODUTIL paths for WCOSS in viewer #42
  • Cleanup build scripts to remove features no longer supported
  • Remove duplicate Cray files (consolidate wcoss_cray and wcoss_c)
  • Update prod_util version in driver scripts?
  • Combine config.prepbufr with config.prep (do we need config.prepbufr?)
  • Review which driver scripts to keep/remove
  • Add viewer symlink to EXPDIR via setup scripts
