CPC has requested that cloud information at pressure levels be added to CPC.

CPC request clarification:

The following will be good enough:

Average low cloud fraction (high cloud layer)

Average mid cloud fraction (middle cloud layer)

Average high cloud fraction (high cloud layer)

Planetary boundary layer cloud fraction (boundary layer)
