We need an updated navbar in "new" app:

It should follow the previous style :

With routes:

Home (page=home)
Activity (page=feed || page=activity)
Resources (page=resources)
Projects (page=projects)

Then, in <Link href=, we need to update from the old (buildhub.near/widget/app) to the new (builddao.near/widget/Index) -- update these links in the new app using the new bos-workspace feature for "index" and ${config_index}
